The truth is, much of what we have been told is "healthy" for us, is actually doing more damage than good.

Carbs are bad for you and make you gain weight.  Calories in, calories out.  You need to "earn" your food by working out.  Cardio is best for weight loss.  Fat free foods are healthy. Intermittent fasting is ideal for women.  Artificial sweeteners are good for you.  Calorie restrictive diets will help you lose weight. Cold plunging helps our body adapt better.  Meat is bad for you.  Saturated fat is bad for you.  A plant based diet is healthy.

There is a deep need for unlearning of societal conditioning when it comes to what we eat.

I'm a Chiropractor and Essential Oils Educator with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Will this course help me lose weight?

It's a great question and my answer is that the course is not designed to help you lose weight.  One of my hopes is that you will fall more in love with how your body functions and feels rather than a number on the scale.
